About WispBinder

WispBinder is run by Alfrets Bimbangnaung, an IT and network security professional with 20 years of experience, based in Indonesia.

Who is behind it

Since December 2025, Alfrets has been designing and building a security analytics platform that looks for unusual behavior by users and computers, the kind of early warning signs that fixed rules often miss. In security terms this is "user and entity behavior analytics" (UEBA), used by security operations teams.

Certification: Certificate of Competence in Internet of Things Network Engineering (field: Information and Communication), issued 13 November 2025 by Indonesia's National Professional Certification Authority (BNSP) through the Indonesian Digital Telecommunication Professional Certification Agency (LSP Telekomunikasi Digital Indonesia). Valid for three years. Registration no. JTEL 1596 00610 2025.

Training: completed the online Specialization Fortinet Network Security (5 courses: FortiGate Administrator, FortiManager Administrator, Enterprise Firewall Administrator, FortiAnalyzer Administrator, Network Security Support Engineer), delivered via Coursera, 29 January 2026. Verify on Coursera

WispBinder takes the same idea, looking at what is actually happening on a computer instead of what a document says, and makes it practical for small tax offices.
