Check all your clients' email domains at once
Paste up to 50 domains and get one dated table: can each domain be used in a fake invoice email (SPF, DMARC, DKIM), plus DNSSEC and MTA-STS, and the first thing to fix. Free, no sign-up.
Runs in your browser. Each domain is looked up through Cloudflare's public DNS-over-HTTPS resolver (cloudflare-dns.com), the same way as our single domain check. The list is not sent to WispBinder and nothing is stored. Only public DNS records are read: no port scans, no login attempts, no vulnerability tests. Please check only domains you manage or have your client's permission to check.
| Domain | Email provider | SPF | DMARC | DKIM | DNSSEC | MTA-STS | First thing to do |
|---|
The CSV is made in your browser and saved on your computer.
Before and after: save the CSV today; next month, open it under "Compare with an earlier CSV" and run the same domains. Each row then shows what got better or worse since the earlier date. The earlier file is read in your browser and not sent anywhere.
Client report: each domain has a "Client report" button: one printable page for the business owner, with the full explanation, what to do, and the date. Use "Print this report" and choose "Save as PDF" to send it.
How to read this: "Looks good", "Needs attention" and "Could not be checked" mean the same as on the single domain check, which also shows the full explanation for one domain. DKIM is looked up at common selector names only, so "Could not be checked" there does not mean DKIM is off. DNSSEC and MTA-STS are optional for most small businesses. Fix steps: SPF, DKIM and DMARC guide.
Choose "Save as PDF" in the print window to send it to your client.
Want this on a schedule?
We are building a pilot with a few Australian MSPs: the same checks for all your clients on a schedule, an alert when a setting gets worse (for example DMARC dropped back to p=none), and a dated report per client. It is not built yet. If you want it, email alfrets@wispbinder.com with "AU pilot" in the subject, and tell us roughly how many client domains you look after. Please do not send client data. More about the pilot.
WispBinder is run by Alfrets Bimbangnaung, a registered sole proprietor in Indonesia. We only send messages from @wispbinder.com addresses: how to tell a real message from us. General information, not legal advice.
